We are Virgin Build LTD, an investment company — the developer of the premium residential complexes J’adore Secret Garden, J’adore Dune and J’adore Blanc in Sunny Beach (Nessebar municipality, Bulgaria). We work with buyers directly: from your first enquiry about available apartments to handing over the keys and the ongoing management of your property.

Our sales office is located within J’adore Secret Garden, and you are always welcome to visit, see the complexes in person and discuss the details face to face.

We handle transactions turnkey across five areas:

Sales: our in-house sales team works with clients from the EU, Ukraine, Israel, Russia and other countries. We answer any question about apartment availability, layouts, payment terms and services quickly and in your language — we work in Russian, English, Polish, Slovak and Bulgarian. We assist both with the initial purchase and with the later resale of your property, drawing on deep market expertise and a wide partner network.
Legal: contract work and registration of ownership rights with the support of lawyers.
Construction and finishing: you buy your apartment directly from the developer.
Furnishing: selection and fit-out of the interior so the apartment is ready to live in or to rent out. As a rule, already during construction we develop unified furniture packages available to purchase as a separate service.
Property services: our managers at the management company office handle organisational and technical matters, supporting owners throughout the entire lifecycle of their property.
